Our tour guide (Ismael) was amazing! The rain made things not ideal but he overcame the weather with his knowledge and positive attitude. When we had issues getting in to see David, he was very apologetic. I was concerned that the “skipping the line” part of the tour wouldn’t pan out, but it did after a short wait.

The use of the monitor with one earpiece was an excellent idea. We heard everything, but we’re still able to communicate with others and hear our surroundings. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Can I use a wheelchair on this tour?

Yes, but we require advance notice in order to accommodate wheelchairs on this tour. After booking, please contact us so that we can organize a private tour for you. If we cannot find a guide to lead you that day we'll offer you the same tour on the next available date or give you credit for another tour anywhere else in the world.

Do I need to bring my ID with me on this tour?

Yes! This is especially important if you have purchased a student ticket because the museums will check when we arrive.

What if the weather is bad (rain, snow, hail, etc.) on the day of my tour?

Our tours run rain or shine so please dress for the elements. We also ask you to please remember hats and sunscreen if you are taking this tour in the summer as it might be very hot.

Does the Florence Duomo have a dress code?

Yes. The Florence Duomo is a holy place and as such, you are expected to wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees when you enter.

Can I bring my bag into Florence Duomo?

Larger backpacks are not allowed inside Florence Duomo. Please make sure to only bring small handbags on this tour.
