Great

Carlos was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable with a good command of English, personable and humorous. He lead the group in a pace that was comfortable for everyone despite the wide range of participant ages. My only suggestion - start the tour at the Prado. Reason: By the time we got there it was "free admission" time and that meant that the crowds were excessive.
