Excellent
I can't recommend the Grand Central Station tour with Dwayne highly enough! From the moment the tour started, it was clear that Dwayne is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the history, architecture, and hidden secrets of Grand Central, but he also has a fantastic sense of humor that kept the whole group engaged and entertained. He brought the station's rich history to life with fascinating stories and little-known facts, all while making us laugh along the way. His passion for the building and its history was infectious, and he made sure everyone whether a first-time visitor or a longtime New Yorker learned something new. If you're looking for a tour that's both informative and fun, Dwayne is the guide you want. He made a huge landmark feel personal and unforgettable. Dont miss it!

Excellent
Fantastic tour of Grand Central Terminus with Sean. He was full of historical facts and interesting anecdotes - he even kept our 2 teenagers interested! We learnt lots about New York in general - we ended up visiting Wall Street as a direct result of the GCT tour, and also noticed lots of 'Amsterdam' references around the city which would have completely passed us by without Sean's history lesson ? The booking process was easy, and I got plenty of reminders about the booking - I was particularly impressed with the email/text message 2 hours before the tour time as we could easily have been distracted elsewhere in the city without it. Highly recommended ?

Great
My mom and I enjoyed the tour. It is really amazing how much information, how many stories can be told about Grand Central- a place I've been to many times but never spent too much thought on. Our tour guide was friendly, humorous and engaging. The tour is 1.5 hours long and there's a lot of walking and standing, so consider that when planning your day. For non-native speakers it might be a bit hard to follow at times, since it is a lot of information. I have already recommended the tour to my coworkers and would happily do it again. Thank you!
