Excellent
Our tour with our guide Nico from Walks was SUPERB!!! Despite the occasional gust of wind and constant rain that could’ve ruined many a tour, ours was hardly dampened by this weather. Unfortunate that the gondola experience had to be canceled (and to be reimbursed) but the time was offset by a welcome (and dry) break for a coffee. Communication was very clear (both to find and start the tour and the information relayed along the way). Our guide himself (Nico) was absolutely FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, passionate about the subject matter (history of Venice), kind, capable (always aware of the full group) and very captivating. Full marks all around. 5 stars and more if possible. Thank you for a fabulous and informative walk through Venice.

Excellent
This was a very good tour that provided us with a great introduction to the city and its well and lesser known sites. Our tour guide Gracia was very knowledgeable and quite personable. We would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Excellent
When our guide Alexandro found out e were Jewish, he went out of his way to ad Jewish content to the tour such aas pointing out "stumbling blocks" plaques in the pavement commemorating victims of the holocaust and ddiscussing the Ghetto and recommending kosher restaurants.

This tour was a great way to see the city on the first day of my visit! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and added her own personal experience growing up on the island to the tour. Would definitely recommend!

Great
We really enjoyed the guide, Roberta. She was interesting and seemed passionate about the tour. She also worked to get us in the shade as much as possible, as it was very hot. We learned about many interesting things. Loved the tour

Does this tour always visit the Rialto Market?
The Rialto Market is closed on Mondays. If you take the tour on a Monday we will still visit Rialto but you won't see as much activity around the market.
Does my guide accompany me on the gondola ride?
No. During your gondola ride you will be alone with maximum 5 other people and your Venetian gondoliere. This experience is much better as quiet time. Just sit back, relax and soak up the beauty of the city's canals.

No. Unfortunately, gondolas are not wheelchair accessbile.
