Wonderful! Our guide, Jaime, was top notch. His English was very good and he was very knowledgable. He explained very thing but not boring and connected the dots between the painting we saw in the museum and the royal palace. It wouldn’t appreciate what I saw as much without his insights. The best tour guide I’ve had throughout Europe!
Carmen was hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had throughout Europe. Her background in architecture and art history in her previous life truly shined through—she crafted a one-of-a-kind experience that was fun, engaging, and educational for her group. Her dedication and in depth knowledge brought the museum and Palace into life and an unforgettable experience. And I love Carmen’s sense of humor! I only wish the app allows me to request a specific guide—I’d love to join her group again whenever I’m in Madrid next time or whenever she decides to work, because she’s a tour guide who’s worth following and book a private tour.
