Great Tour of the Prado with David
Our tour group entered the Prado an hour before the museum opened to the public before the crowds came and before it became noisy. Our guide David was extremely knowledgeable and concentrated our time on (almost exclusively) the most important Spanish artists. He explained the importance and context of each painting and its place in art history from the 1400’s through the 1800’s. He was informative, spoke excellent English, and was very passionate about his subject. Highly recommended!
