I think what made this class perfect was the simple joy with which the chefs integrated you into the class. I was a solo traveller and a chef partnered with me so that I didn't feel out of place. It was such a wonderful experience and eating communally with the rest of the class after we made our pizzas was great.

Andrea was so knowledgeable about so much even beyond food and wine. I don’t think I’ve had a tour so great. Our group would have stayed with him to enjoy the conversation all night.

This was a great experience! The staff was very helpful and extremely enthusiastic and engaging. I can not talk highly enough about this experience. My whole family loved it. You must do this cooking class if you are in Rome.
